Our Wedding Dining Tables

Sharing is Caring!

This is the penultimate post our wedding day, which I’m re-sharing to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary in 2019! I have so enjoyed reliving our wedding day, and sharing all of the details with you!

We DIY’d a lot of the details ourselves – I would have done even more given half the chance, but my husband drew the line, knowing it would stress me out!

One thing that we splurged on for the day was a wedding planner, as I realised I wouldn’t be able to execute many of the things we had planned myself! We actually met Bea at a wedding show, and I cannot for the life of me find a website for her. When I do, assuming she still does wedding planning, I will add it here, as she comes highly recommended.

I didn’t know how the tables would actually look until the wedding day itself, but I had drawn a plan or how I wanted everything set up – the favors, bubbles, place names etc., and she worked her magic and executed my plans perfectly. She also provided us with the pretty chair covers which we really thought set off the room.

We had the top table, and 6 round tables for all our guests. Each place setting had a box favour which doubled up as their place name holder. Our florist created gorgeous arrangements in giant martini glasses, and I made menus and table name cards for each table.

The bubbles went down well!

It’s amazing how excited I was when I saw how well everything came together! When I was preparing all the different elements I was never 100% sure, but looking back now, I needn’t have worried!
