- 8 slices cucumber
- 4 slices of Lime
- 4 oz silver tequila
- 2 oz orange liqueur or triple sec
- 6 oz coconut water
- ½ oz agave syrup
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp toasted coconut
- 1 Tbsp minced mint
- Toasted Coconut
- Cucumber Slices
- Lemon Slices
- Fresh Mint Leaves
- To add a salt rim to 2 margarita glasses, pour some salt onto a plate. Then rub the lime wedge around the rim of each glass. Dip the glass rim into the salt and twist.
- Divide the cucumber and lime slices between the prepared glasses, muddle gently, and set them aside.
- Place the Tequila, Triple Sec, coconut water, agave syrup, fresh lime juice, toasted coconut, and chopped mint into a large cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well for 15-30 seconds to combine.
- Strain into the prepared glasses.
