Ingredients
  

  • 1 12-pack slider rolls
  • 12 slices cooked thick-cut bacon halved
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Roma tomatoes sliced to about ⅛ inch
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Iceberg lettuce shredded

Optional Garnish

  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 12 small pieces of curly kale
  • 12 toothpicks

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) or Gas Mark 4.
  • Slice the slider rolls horizontally to separate the tops and bottoms. Place on a large baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5–7 minutes or until golden.

  • Once toasted, place the top buns cut-side up and spread about 1 tablespoon of mayo on each.
  • Place a tomato slice on each bottom bun.
