BLT Sliders

Mini sandwiches loaded with bacon, lettuce, and tomato on toasted slider rolls—perfect for game days, parties, or anytime snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 12-pack slider rolls
  • 12 slices cooked thick-cut bacon halved
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Roma tomatoes sliced to about ⅛ inch
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Iceberg lettuce shredded

Optional Garnish

  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 12 small pieces of curly kale
  • 12 toothpicks

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) or Gas Mark 4.
  • Slice the slider rolls horizontally to separate the tops and bottoms. Place on a large baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5–7 minutes or until golden.
    The tops and bottoms of the slider buns after toasting, golden brown and ready for assembly, with surrounding ingredients.
  • Once toasted, place the top buns cut-side up and spread about 1 tablespoon of mayo on each.
  • Place a tomato slice on each bottom bun.

  • Add two half slices of bacon on top of the tomatoes.

  • Top with the bun lids.
  • (Optional) Garnish each slider with a toothpick, cherry tomato, and a piece of kale.
  • Gently pull sliders apart before serving. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Tips

  • Butter the buns before toasting for better flavor and color.
  • Thick-cut bacon keeps things neat while delivering great flavor.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the tomatoes for extra punch.
 

Substitutions

  • Use your preferred greens, like romaine or butter lettuce.
  • Swap mayo for ranch, mustard, or another favorite spread.
 

Leftovers

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
 

Freezing

  • Not recommended, as the lettuce and tomato do not freeze well.
