Ingredients
112-pack slider rolls
12slicescooked thick-cut baconhalved
¾cupmayonnaise
2Roma tomatoessliced to about ⅛ inch
Salt and black pepper
Iceberg lettuceshredded
Optional Garnish
12cherry tomatoes
12small pieces of curly kale
12toothpicks
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) or Gas Mark 4.
Slice the slider rolls horizontally to separate the tops and bottoms. Place on a large baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5–7 minutes or until golden.
Once toasted, place the top buns cut-side up and spread about 1 tablespoon of mayo on each.
Place a tomato slice on each bottom bun.
Add two half slices of bacon on top of the tomatoes.
Sprinkle on shredded lettuce to your liking.
Top with the bun lids.
(Optional) Garnish each slider with a toothpick, cherry tomato, and a piece of kale.
Gently pull sliders apart before serving. Serve and enjoy!
