Slimming World Food Diary Printable

Please note: I no longer follow Slimming World but am leaving this printable, along with all of the Slimming World Recipes on my blog, for those who do.

The links to download all the printables are at the end of this post—they are surrounded by a purple box.

If you are among the many people following the Slimming World (SW) plan, you will know that one of the crucial things to your success is keeping a Slimming World Food Diary.

Tracking what you eat at each meal, along with your Healthy Extras and Syns, means you can monitor when things go well—and when they don’t—and figure out what to adjust next time.

You could log everything using an app, scribble it in a notebook, or use my free printable food diary.

SW is a versatile plan. You only have to count the Syns you have. (I wish they were called something else; psychologically, seeing food as sinful doesn’t do good, but I digress.)

Meal planning is another key to success, and I also have a printable for that!

These printables were created for me when I used to attend SW meetings. I always forgot to pick one up from the group, so I made my own.

Use my Slimming World Food Diary printable and Meal Planner to rock your goals!

Slimming World Food Diary

There are seven different diaries and meal planners to suit your needs. Since Slimming World constantly evolves, I felt an update was needed to the original printables I created in 2014.

I want my printables (which are not affiliated with SW in any way) to be generic to the plan, so if they decide to change the number of something you are allowed (e.g., the number of Healthy Extras), you should still be able to use them.

Slimming World Food Diary v1.0

The first printable food diary for Slimming World is divided into Free Foods (including Protein Foods (P)), which should take up two-thirds of your plate, and Speed Foods, which should take up one-third. Additionally, there is the space to record your Healthy Extras and Syns.

This diary is handy if you eat on the go or don’t plan your meals, preferring to eat what and when you like.

Joining a local group or going online will always provide the most up-to-date information about the plan. The downloads are at the end of this blog post.
