As summer changes to fall, I find myself getting a little bit more crafty and creative. I especially love to make autumn wreaths to hang on the front door (or wherever I have a spare hook to hang decorations, to be honest!).

Wreaths are such a beautiful way to welcome people into your home, and can be easier to make than you think. I’ve rounded up 12+ Gorgeous Autumn Wreaths that you could DIY for fall, including three of my own designs, and the rest from talented bloggers from around the world.

Autumn Wreaths To DIY For Fall

We all know that purple is my favourite colour of them all, but a very close second are the colours of autumn – I adore them! The varying hues of reds, oranges and yellows; the rusty browns, copper tones, and earthy greens. I guess it’s no surprise that I’m a Virgo – an Earth sign – so all these colours of nature really resonate with me.

As nature starts to go to sleep for the winter, it still bursts with such wonderful colour; plus all the other signs of autumn – horse chestnuts (conkers), acorns, pinecones, berries, toadstools, squash and pumpkin just make me smile.

I love decorating our home at this time of year – with both store bought seasonal items (of which I have many!) as well as homemade stuff. One of my autumn wreaths that I’ve included in this roundup, was made in 2012. I still love how it turned out (and it was so easy too!) and hang it up every year.

Thanks to faux flowers, leaves and other autumnal decorations available online and in craft stores, making autumn wreaths at home isn’t as difficult as you think it might be. I especially love buying pre-made floral picks with several elements on them – makes assembly a breeze.
