Free World Cup Printables
I live in a household that loves football, so naturally, this event will be on our television screens a LOT until the 19th of July!
It also gives us at least 3 chances to get together with family/friends to watch England play – and maybe more if they can get through the Group Stages!
Each country taking part (list below) has to play three games in their Group Stage before making it to the last 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals, and final. That means there are 104 games in total, including the third-place playoff.
That is a lot of excuses to have friends and family over for fun, food, and football, and to cheer your home nation on – or if they didn’t qualify – your favorite team!

How To Use Printable World Cup Napkin Rings
- If I am serving food at a party that requires knives, forks, and spoons (cutlery/party silverware) then I like to bundle them up in a napkin and hold them all together with a paper napkin ring. It’s a simple way to add another touch of theming to the party.
- There are 3 different napkin ring designs in this set.
- Download the free printable file to your device (tap the printable size button you need above).
- Using a printer, print as many World Cup Napkin Rings as you need onto white paper.
- Cut out carefully using scissors or a paper trimmer.
- Roll a knife, fork, spoon (or whatever you’re using) into a napkin, then wrap the napkin ring around it.
- Secure in place with a piece of tape at the back.
- You may have to adjust the length of the napkin ring, so cut them down to size if you find they are too long.

How To Make Printable World Cup Paper Chains
- Paper chains are one of the cheapest and easiest party decorations that you can make! You literally need strips of paper and some glue or sticky tape.
- There are 10 different paper chain designs in this set, available in 5 colors: red, green, yellow, blue, and white. There are also paper chain strips with trophy logos and larger footballs.
- Download the free printable file to your device (tap the printable size button you need above).
- Using a printer, print as many World Cup Paper Chains as you need onto white paper.
- Cut out carefully using scissors or a paper trimmer.
- Take one of the strips and add a dab of glue (I used a glue roller, but you could also use a glue stick) on one end, and fold it around to form a circle. This is the first loop in your chain. Now, slide another strip of paper into that loop, add a dab of glue to the end, and fold it around to form a circle attached to the first loop.
- Continue linking the loops until you reach the desired length of the chain, then hang it across walls, mantles, or anywhere you want to decorate!

How To Make Printable World Cup Popcorn Boxes
- There are 2 different popcorn box designs in this set.
- Download the free printable file to your device (tap the printable size button you need above).
- Using a printer, print as many World Cup Popcorn Boxes as you need onto good-quality white paper or thin white card.
- Cut out carefully using scissors or a paper trimmer.
- Flip over to the blank side, and you should be able to judge where to score some lines with a scoring tool to make folding easier. They are along the bottom flap tabs, the side flap, and along each edge from point to point.
- Fold around, and use a glue stick, glue roller, or sticky tape to secure the sides first, then upend, to tape the bottom flaps.
- You can also layer the bottom flaps over each other so they intersect, and they don’t need to be taped or glued!
- If you are using glue, you may want to add a paper clip to hold everything in place until the glue dries.
- Fill up with popcorn or other dry snacks (crisps/chips; tortilla chips; cookies).

How To Make World Cup Popcorn Cones
- The 2 designs in this set match the popcorn boxes.
- Download the free printable file to your device (tap the printable size button you need above).
- Using a printer, print as many World Cup Popcorn Cones as you need onto good-quality white paper or thin white cards.
- Cut out carefully using scissors or a paper trimmer.
- Bend around to form a cone and glue in place with a glue stick, tape, or roller glue. You may want to use a paper clip to hold it in place while the glue dries.
- I personally like using roller glue tape when making up my printables, as it’s really quick and easy to use, and no messy glue to worry about!
- If you want to laminate your cones, cut the template first, then run it through your laminating machine. When cutting, leave a little laminate sheet around the edges of the cone so it stays in place. Use a couple of staples to secure the cone in place. You may want to use a bit of tape on the inside of the cone to cover the ends of staples from catching.
