In the same area was the Honey Bee-stro Garden where you could learn all abut bees and the process of making honey.

- Honey Tandoori Chicken Flatbread – Served with White Cheddar, Charred Vegetables, Clover Honey, Sour Cream, and Micro Citrus Greens ($5.50)
This was yummy dish, and the honey somehow pair perfectly with the tandoori chicken! Would buy again!

- Roasted Cauliflower – Served with Buckwheat Honey carrot Purée, Wild Rice Pilaf, Asparagus, Honey Blistered Grapes, Sunflower Brittle, and Coriander Flowers – $4.50
- Local Wildflower Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake – Served with Orange Blossom Honey Ice Cream garnished with Fennel Pollen Meringue Kisses and Petite Lavender Shoots – $5.00
- Honey-Peach Cobbler Freeze – Non-Alcoholic – $4.25
- Goodwood Brewing Company Brandy Barrel Honey Ale – Louisville, KY – $4.50
- Florida Orange Groves Winery Orange Blossom Honey Wine – St. Petersburg, FL – $5.00

Another new Outdoor Kitchen for 2019 was the Flavor Full Kitchen hosted by AdventHealth. We stopped here for some dessert!
The idea behind this kitchen is healthy living and healthy foods. There was also the Play Full Garden, which is described in the Festival Passport:
Have fun with the whole family and learn fun and interactive ways to stay healthy at a brand-new playground and outdoor kitchen.

- Mickey Tart Peanut Butter Mousse – with Strawberry Jam and Boba Pearls ($4.50)
This was a GOOD dessert choice! Strawberry jam and peanut butter are a classic combination, and this tart was delicious.
The other items on the Flavor Full menu were:
- Citrus-Poached Salmon – with Ancient Grain Salad, Roasted Vegetables, Citrus Greens – $6.00
- From The Garden – Roasted Beets, Cashew Cheese, and Micro Herbs with Lemon-oil Dressing – $4.50
- Blood Orange Aqua Fresca – Non-Alcoholic – $4.00
- Cookie Butter Worms and Dirt – Non-Alcoholic – $4.25
The Health Full Trail leads you around this section of the Festival and includes the Outdoor Kitchen, the play area, and a relaxation area – Mind Full Retreat. All in all it was a lovely space and I believe has returned for future Festivals.
