The sun was shining in the UK yesterday, and to make the most of it, we decided to have a barbecue late afternoon. Before that, we went for a walk in Thorndon Country Park, Brentwood, Essex.
I’ll be blogging about my recipes in the coming days, which include Quick and Easy Strawberry Ice-Cream, Antipasti Pasta Salad and Homemade Hamburgers – stay tuned! In the mean time, I’ll share some of my photos from yesterday’s walk round the park, and some that I took a while ago too.
