- For a frothier drink, use an immersion blender to blend for about 30 seconds. Alternatively, carefully transfer the mixture to a regular blender and blend until creamy and frothy.
- Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream. Garnish with ground cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, or a few extra white chocolate chips, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
Tips
- Gently heat the milk, but don’t let it boil.
- Stir or whisk continuously after adding the white chocolate to help it melt smoothly.
- Adjust the sugar to taste—the white chocolate already adds plenty of sweetness.
- For an extra frothy drink, blend briefly with an immersion blender before serving.
Substitutions
- Use your favorite dairy or non-dairy milk, such as almond or oat milk.
- If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, use a combination of ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
