Step 1 – Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to the “Air Crisp” function if yours has that, and set the temperature to 400°F/200°C and set the timer to 25 minutes. Press “Start” to preheat the unit.

Step 2 – Prepare Potatoes: Meanwhile, place the potatoes, olive oil, dried rosemary, and garlic powder into a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.

Step 3 – Cook Potatoes: When the air fryer has finished preheating, pour the seasoned potatoes into the basket and spread them into an even layer without overcrowding.

After 9 minutes, shake and turn the potatoes with a plastic spatula so they brown evenly, making sure they are still in a single, even layer. Continue air frying until cook time is complete.

Step 4 – Finish & Serve: Transfer the potatoes to a serving bowl or platter and top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary and serve immediately. Enjoy!
