    This is really informative and many of these would be great for post workout snacks. I feel as though the benefits of nut butter when it comes to replenishing your body after exercise are not acknowledged as much as they should be. For example, they are seen as a healthy fat, compared to products such as jam and butter. Therefore, it can help to reduce the risk of heart disease and obesity.
