Winter Slaw
Home » COOK »I used half of my red and white cabbages to make a Quick Winter Cabbage Pickle and used the other half to make a winter slaw for my Boxing Day Buffet. I added cranberries and macadamia nuts to add a different texture to the slaw and of course, for a festive touch.

Winter Slaw
Ingredients
- ½ small white cabbage
- ½ small red cabbage
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 red onion

- Stir in the cranberries and macadamia nuts.
