- ½ small white cabbage
- ½ small red cabbage
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 red onion
- 12 Brussels sprouts
- 4-6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 150 g cranberries and macadamia nuts optional
Shred all the vegetables in a food processor, or by hand if you don't have one.
Place in a bowl and add mayonnaise to your desired consistency and taste.
Stir in the cranberries and macadamia nuts.
