Ingredients

  • ½ small white cabbage
  • ½ small red cabbage
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 red onion
  • 12 Brussels sprouts
  • 4-6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 150 g cranberries and macadamia nuts optional

Instructions

  • Shred all the vegetables in a food processor, or by hand if you don't have one.
  • Place in a bowl and add mayonnaise to your desired consistency and taste.
  • Stir in the cranberries and macadamia nuts.
