How To Use The Free Printable Paralympics Popcorn Boxes
- Print as many popcorn box templates as required onto good-quality white paper or thin cardstock for best results.
- Want to give the boxes a lovely shine? Print onto glossy photo paper.
- Carefully cut out the popcorn boxes using scissors or a paper trimmer.
- Flip over to the blank side, and you should be able to judge where to score some lines with a scoring tool and ruler to make folding easier. (They are along the bottom flap tabs, the side flap, and along each edge from point to point.)
- Fold along all the creases, then use a glue stick, glue roller, or double-sided tape to secure the sides first. Then, upend to tape the bottom flaps.
- You can also layer the bottom flaps over each other so they intersect and don’t need to be taped or glued.
- If you are using glue, you may want to add a paper clip to hold everything in place until the glue dries.
- Fill the boxes with popcorn or other dry snacks (crisps/chips, tortilla chips, cookies).

About The Paralympics
On July 29, 1948, during the Opening Ceremony of the London Olympics, Dr. Guttmann launched the Stoke Mandeville Games for wheelchair athletes, marking the start of what would become the Paralympic Games.
The first official Paralympics, with 400 athletes, took place in Rome in 1960. Following an agreement between the IPC and the IOC, they have occurred every four years alongside the Olympics, starting with the Seoul 1988 Summer Games and the Albertville 1992 Winter Games.
The next Summer Paralympic Games will take place in LA, California, USA, in 2028.
