Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
Ingredients
- ½ cup pumpkin purée canned or homemade
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes optional, for a thicker shake
- Ground cinnamon optional, for garnish
