The Magic Behind the Color
A little real-life magic happens in this cocktail! Empress 1908 Gin gets its distinctive indigo color from butterfly pea blossom, which naturally changes color when its pH changes. Add acidic ingredients, and those deep blue tones can shift towards purple and pink.
Combined with the Blue Curaçao and grenadine in our Spellbound Cocktail, it creates that gorgeous swirling potion effect—making this gin practically made for a witchy Halloween drink!
