Using baby food is such a great idea! I’d like to try making this, I’m really interested in gluten free and paleo cooking. Quite often I feel like I need sugar and don’t want to resort to biscuits or sugary cake.

My sugar intake has dropped dramatically since I started doing paleo – and I do feel better for it – not quite as sluggish as I once was. To be fair, I’ve spent years yo-yo dieting and being all over the place, so it’s good to be in a place that is more on a level. x

This sounds delicious. I have never come across coconut flour locally

We buy it in Holland & Barrett – it’s very expensive though, so these sorts of cakes really are a special treat!

Yum, this sounds so tasty – I could do with a slice right now! (I love that pumpkin pie mix too…around october they sometimes sell it in Waitrose)

I’ve made similar cupcakes before and the flavour combo is to die for! The fact that this recipe is gluten free is just great :)
