Ingredients
Dry Ingredients

coconut flour

bicarbonate of soda

pumpkin pie spice
Wet Ingredients

coconut oil
butter or ghee (melted)

honey

unsweetened apple sauce
suggest a jar of baby food!

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F/180C/Gas 4.
Grease a 2lb loaf tin.
Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
Pour the wet ingredient mixture into the dry, and stir until evenly combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 65-70 minutes until cooked through (check by inserting a skewer into the centre).
We think it’s best eaten warm!
Wrap in cling film and store in the fridge.
