Last weekend, I told you how I had batch cooked some food for my sister and brother-in-law to help them in their first week as new parents. At the same time, I prepared food for us as well, and one of the meals that I got ready well in advance was Freeze Ahead Marinated Pork Chops.

Well, I defrosted them yesterday and we had them for dinner last night, and not blowing my own trumpet too much, but they tasted a-ma-zing!
I don't know if the freezing of them in the marinade helped, but it really penetrated into the meat giving it a great flavour throughout. Since they had a slight oriental vibe to them, I served them up with some egg noodles and vegetables.
