Another fun game I set up for my sister's Pink Flavoured Baby Shower was the 'Make A Baby' Game.

To play this game you will need pots of modelling clay/dough (I had tiny pots of Play-Doh) and a cupcake case to place your finished baby in. Each player fashions a baby from the dough, and the parents to be chooses the winner! How easy a game is that?!
