    Oh I’m really intrigued by this, particularly the cinnamon which is a spice I love. Looks really tasty.

      Greek-Cypriots seem to put cinnamon in everything they cook! I love it – it’s one of my favourite spices

      Courgettes can be bitter, so it’s best to really cook them down x

      We’re loving it. After years of yo-yo dieting, I’ve stabilised my weight, and with careful watching of calories, I hope to start losing weight again. But I’m still focusing on fitness rather than weight loss. x
