Walt Disney World Planner
You can’t visit Orlando, Florida – the theme park capital of the world – without some sort of planning!
There are theme parks to visit, attractions to see, characters to meet, restaurants to eat at, shops to spend money in, and even a bit of rest and relaxation here and there!
Plus there are things to think about in advance like Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs) and FastPass+ (FP+) selections – all of this can be a minefield for first time visitors – and for returning visitors too!

Now, I know that some people don’t like to plan, and that’s fine. I believe you should do what you gotta do! BUT, with ever increasing crowds, opening time changes, ride closures, new lands, ADRs, FastPass+, a huge choice of theme parks, attractions, restaurants, shopping, and activities, plus seasonal events, it just makes sense!
Why waste time figuring out if you should visit Disney’s Magic Kingdom or Universal’s Islands of Adventure? Why didn’t you book that ADR 180 days in advance, when you rock up to Cinderella’s Royal Table and told there is no room available? Why didn’t you think you’d need some much needed R&R?

What is in the free printable planner?
Planner Calendar
I’ve created a two, week-to-view calendars. I try to give as many options as I can with my printables, so to that end, one set has the days of the week pre-filled Monday to Sunday, band the other is left blank for you to fill in.
There are sections each day for Breakfast, Morning, Lunch, Afternoon, Dinner, and Evening.
There is a Notes section at the bottom of the calendar, as well as space to write the Week number. If you’re going on holiday for 2+ weeks, print off two (or more) copies of the calendar to organise your time in Orlando. (I know that’s obvious, but just in case…)
I’ve made a huge set of Labels that you can print and cut out – use the labels to shift your plans around, and when you’re happy with everything, I suggest sticking everything in place. But if you just want to hand write everything, of course, you can do that! I personally switch things around a lot in the initially planning stages, the labels make sense to me!
I’ve had users of my original printable tell me they laminate their plans (great idea!) and others pop it into a plastic sleeve. Whatever works best for you… just don’t forget to take it with you!

Planner Labels
I’ve tried to include as many things that I could think of – all of the major theme parks, and attractions, as well as a selection of (mainly offsite, i.e., not in a theme park area) restaurants, shops, shows, and activities. I’ve only included Disney resorts in this Orlando Vacation Planner, but will add other resorts in the next update. Similarly, I’ll also be adding in the onsite restaurants in another update.

Hi! Yes updates are in the works :) I have got a whole planning kit in the pipeline that will be going into my shop, as well as some free printables too! Updates to my trip report will happen as soon as I can – it’s the photos – they take me forever to go through, edit and sort for the posts!
