It was released as part of the Savage Garden greatest hits album, Truly, Madly, Completely: The Best of Savage Garden and for those who only know his Savage Garden music, this song has a vibe and feel to it like his big hits like Truly, Madly, Deeply and I Knew I Loved You.
I love this song, which was released back in 2005. Having been a Darren Hayes fanclub member for 10 years, I knew that he had written this song at one of the happiest times of his life, and that in itself makes the song special to me. It came out around the time that I first got talking to my [future] husband, and the lyrics just spoke to me.

I love the video with him walking on air, of all the different couples around him, also walking on air…so beautiful. I love how the song builds up and builds up to the crescendo at around 2:38, which is when I whack the volume right up and let the song just take over me. I love when songs can do this, and Darren’s songs always do that to me. ♥

I haven’t heard any Darren Hayes in years – I went off Savage Garden a bit through overplaying but I reckon they might stand up to listening again now! I must dig out his solo album as well.. Insatiable is the one that immediately comes to mind…

I haven’t heard this one before but I loved Darren’s music and got to see him live twice solo and once with savage garden. Great live.

I love Savage Garden but haven’t listened to them for a long time.. I might need to dig out that CD and turn the volume up now ;-)

I like the walking on air thing in the video! I’ve still got that Savage Garden cd somewhere with the Truly, Madly, Deeply song – really loved that one.
