Whilst pulling cupcake cases out of the cupboard to make my son’s Camouflage Cupcakes for his Army Themed Party, I found a bag of marshmallows that only had a month left on their expiry date, so I thought I best use them up for his party! I dug out some chocolate and sprinkles and go to making chocolate covered marshmallows, or as I liked to call them…Bombs Away!
They were really easy to make, I just melted some chocolate and inserting a skewer into each marshallow to make easier dipping, I covered each one with the chocolate and then sprinkled on some sprinkles. Left them to set and all done :D
The green sugar sprinkles that you can see were made the same was as the sugar sprinkles I made for my Mardi Gras King Cake a few weeks ago. These sweet treats were really quick and easy to make, and using marshmallows to make ‘cake pops’ makes things so much simpler when you are pressed for time :)
