    Thank you for linking up with #anythinggoes linky. This looks so delish!! I am going to try this once I get my new slow cooker. We use our slow cooker twice a week it so handy but I dropped the lid and smashed it last week :)Feel lost without. x

    That is a superb tummy warming dish for after a days rambling! I might add green and red lentils and pearl barley instead of the corn

    Lovely idea for gammon/ham – I usually just do the ham on it’s own in the slow cooker, but love the idea of this complete meal

    Gammon joints were made for slow cooking and I love the aroma that says there will be a delicious hot meal ready when you need it to be. I also think a cold ham casserole is just as wonderful if there were any leftovers that need finishing up.

    Looks like a real good hearty meal. A lot of slow cooker one pot stews put me off because they’re just so… brown but the colour of this is lovely and bright.

    this looks gorgeous might try this one out we all love stews but i would have to leave out the apples as i cannot cope with cooked apple

    I have always loved gammon cooked in slow cooker as it really does melt in the mouth – am going to try your recipe – love the idea of apple too
