Halloween Candles
Home » CREATE » Crafts » Halloween Crafts »Today I’ve been decorating pillar candles with Halloween stickers to make some simple, yet very effective decorations for the home…
I love the way that they turned out and they are so much more effective than I thought they would be! All you need to make your own decorated candles for Halloween (or lets face it, any time of year) are some pillar candles of varying heights; luckily Wilko sold a pack of 5 candles for such an occasion, and some stickers. The ones I bought (from Hobbycraft) were silhouette style, with clear borders which really helped to make them really look like part of the candle.
Now, for the hard part: unwrap the candles from their packaging, and do the same with the stickers…and stick away onto your candles! That’s all you have to do :D
I used a mixture of spiders, webs, skeletons and skulls, and the stickers I had really lent themselves well to the different sizes of my candles.
And so concludes day 3 of Crafty October at The Purple Pumpkin Blog! Join me tomorrow for day 4!
