White Wine Sangria with Mixed Berries & Mint

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 peaches sliced
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • 2 pears sliced
  • 1 medium lemon thinly sliced
  • 1 bottle white wine
  • 2 cups peach or orange juice or 1 cup of each
  • 2 cups sparkling water chilled

Instructions

  • Place the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, and mint into a large pitcher. Muddle gently with a wooden spoon to release their juices.
  • Add the pear and lemon slices, white wine, and peach or orange juice.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour to infused and cool.
  • When ready to serve, add chilled sparkling water to the pitcher.
    Pour into glasses and garnish with a few extra berries and mint leaves. Enjoy!
