White Wine Sangria with Mixed Berries & Mint
Take a Sip of Summer with this exquisite Mixed Berry & Mint White Wine Sangria. Combining the sweetness of fresh fruit and the freshness of mint, this chilled drink is the perfect companion for beach days, garden parties, or evening soirees.

2 cups strawberries sliced 1 cup blueberries 1 cup raspberries 2 peaches sliced ¼ cup mint leaves 2 pears sliced 1 medium lemon thinly sliced 1 bottle white wine 2 cups peach or orange juice or 1 cup of each 2 cups sparkling water chilled
Place the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, and mint into a large pitcher. Muddle gently with a wooden spoon to release their juices.
Add the pear and lemon slices, white wine, and peach or orange juice.
Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour to infused and cool.
When ready to serve, add chilled sparkling water to the pitcher. Pour into glasses and garnish with a few extra berries and mint leaves. Enjoy!
