cherry tomatoes sliced
Instructions
Heat a little olive oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook beef and onion until beef is browned.
Add the cumin, paprika, chili powder, and cayenne. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
Cut the avocados in half and remove the stone.
Remove a spoonful of the avocado from each half and set aside.
Fill with the ground beef taco mix, cheese, and tomatoes.
Spoon the leftover avocado flesh on top if desired.
