Make the Lemon Layer: Add the limoncello, lemonade, and ice to a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour or scoop into your glasses, filling about halfway.
Make the Watermelon Layer: Add the watermelon liqueur, pink lemonade, watermelon cocktail syrup, and ice to the blender (no need to rinse). Blend on high until smooth.
Assemble the drink: Top each glass with the watermelon layer. Gently swirl with a spoon or straw for a marbled effect, if desired.
Tap the glasses lightly on the counter so the layers settle a little. Garnish with a watermelon wedge and a lemon slice. Enjoy immediately!
Making the lemon layer first means you don’t need to rinse the blender between layers, and the vibrant watermelon layer will sit beautifully on top.
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less watermelon syrup to taste.
