Ingredients
2medium mangospeeled and chopped small
1medium red bell pepperchopped small
½medium red oniondiced small
½medium jalapeñofinely minced
3Tbspfresh cilantrofinely chopped
2Tbspfresh lime juice
Sea salt and black pepperto taste
Instructions
Place the mango, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and fresh lime juice in a medium glass or other non-reactive bowl. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste, and stir to combine.
Serve immediately or cover and place in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or until ready to use. Enjoy!
