Ingredients
1large loaf breadcut in half lengthways
1 ½cupsmayonnaise
½tbsplemon juice
¼tspsalt
1TbspDijon mustard
1tspgarlic powder
2 ½cupsslaw mix
2lb/1kg shrimpcooked
Instructions
To make the aioli, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder until combined.
Spread some of the aioli onto the bread, and pour the rest over the slaw mixture. Toss together to coat.
Layer the slaw onto onto one half of the bread, and pile on the cooked shrimp. Add the other half of the bread and cut into slices.
