Pumpkin Latte Jello shots

Celebrate the season with Pumpkin Spice Latte Jello shots! They're the perfect addition to any fall party and a delightful blend of pumpkin spice, coffee, and Baileys.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 4 packages of unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp canned pumpkin pie filling
  • ½ cup Baileys Pumpkin Spice
  • ½ cup chilled coffee
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate coffee beans

Instructions

  • Place cold water and gelatin into a large glass measuring cup/jug with a lip and whisk to combine. Set aside for 7 minutes, then add boiling water to the mixture. Whisk until dissolved.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie filling, cold coffee, and pumpkin liquor to the gelatin mixture. Whisk to combine and set aside for 15 minutes.
  • Place 12 (2-oz) plastic shot cups onto a tray and divide the jello mixture between the cups.
  • Place the jello shots into the refrigerator to set for 4 hours. When set, top with whipped cream and a chocolate coffee bean if using. Cheers!
