Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and all of the rums until fully combined.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  • Spoon the mixture into tall shot glasses (as shown in our photos) or dessert cups.
  • Refrigerate for 45 minutes, or until set.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, shredded coconut, and a cherry before serving. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Tips

  • Use plastic shot cups with lids if transporting to a party
  • Chill the rum beforehand to help the pudding set faster
  • If using tall shot glasses, use a piping bag to fill them more easily
 

Substitutions

  • Swap pineapple rum for coconut rum for even more coconut flavor
  • Use dairy-free whipped topping and plant-based milk to make vegan-friendly
