In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and all of the rums until fully combined.
Fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Spoon the mixture into tall shot glasses (as shown in our photos) or dessert cups.
Refrigerate for 45 minutes, or until set.
Garnish with whipped cream, shredded coconut, and a cherry before serving. Serve and enjoy!

Tips
Use plastic shot cups with lids if transporting to a party
Chill the rum beforehand to help the pudding set faster
If using tall shot glasses, use a piping bag to fill them more easily
