Penne Pasta Pie

Ingredients

  • Penne pasta cooked until al dente
  • Bolgonaise sauce homemade or from a jar
  • handful grated cheese
  • handful panko breadcrumbs
  • pinch of dried oregano
  • pinch of dried rosemary

Instructions

  • Mix the pasta and the bolognaise sauce together and pour into an ovenproof dish.
  • Create the topping by mixing together the cheese, breadcrumbs, oregano and rosemary.
  • Sprinkle the topping over the pasta bolognaise and place in a hot oven for about 15-20 minutes until the topping is melted and golden.
