Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp dill
  • 2 green onions spring onions, green part only, chopped, divided
  • tsp salt
  • tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Place the sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan, dill, and green onions (reserve some onions for garnish) into a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  • Add salt and pepper. Stir to combine and check for seasoning. You can add more dill, salt, and/or pepper as per your taste.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with reserved onion. Serve with chips and enjoy!
