- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan
- 1 Tbsp dill
- 2 green onions spring onions, green part only, chopped, divided
- ⅓ tsp salt
- ⅓ tsp pepper
Place the sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan, dill, and green onions (reserve some onions for garnish) into a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Add salt and pepper. Stir to combine and check for seasoning. You can add more dill, salt, and/or pepper as per your taste.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with reserved onion. Serve with chips and enjoy!
