Ingredients

eggs
beaten
4
slices
back bacon
cut into small pieces
2
apples
peeled and chopped into small pieces
5
walnut halves
roughly chopped
½
tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Scramble the eggs with the olive oil and remove (keep warm)
Add the bacon to the pan, and cook until just about done.
Add the apple pieces and cook with the bacon for a few minutes.
Add the eggs back to the pan with the chopped walnuts and stir everything together.
Sprinkle over cinnamon (you can use more or less according to your taste).
Serve on warmed plates.
