Mini Mummy Pizzas Recipe

Easy to make, and fun to eat, these Mini Mummy Pizzas are a great Halloween recipe for kids to make (they'll just need some adult help with the oven).

Ingredients

  • 2 sandwich rolls cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp butter melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 12 pepperoni slices
  • 3 pieces string cheese
  • Candy eyes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4.
  • Place each half of the roll on a baking sheet and brush the top with melted butter. Season with garlic powder and place in the oven for 5 minutes, until the bread is toasted.
  • While the bread is toasting, pull the string cheese apart into "bandages" for the mummy pizzas.
  • Remove rolls from the oven.
  • Spread marinara sauce over the top of sandwich roll. Top with three slices of pepperoni each.
  • Lay the string cheese to resemble mummy wrappings.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, until cheese has melted.
  • Add candy eyes before serving.
  • Enjoy!
