Cut the white felt to fit the embroidery hoop and place it between the two hoops. Pull tight to remove any wrinkles and tighten the hoops to secure.

Use scissors to trim any excess felt at the back to make it nice and tidy.

Cut out a red felt heart, sized to fit the inside of the hoop.

Use a few dots of hot glue to stick the heart onto the center of the white felt.

Add glue to each of the letters and stick them in place across the heart. Leave all to dry.

Use the ribbon to create a hanging loop and tie it to the screw at the top of the hoop.
