Grapefruit Screwdriver Cocktail

A refreshing, tart, and sour cocktail that fans of grapefruit are going to love!

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Red Grapefruit Juice*
  • 1 oz Grapefruit Liqueur
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • Splash of Club Soda
  • Ice Cubes
  • Fresh Mint for garnish
  • Grapefruit Wedge for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the grapefruit juice, grapefruit liqueur, and vodka in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well until blended.
  • Pour into a glass filled ice.
  • Top up with club soda.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and mint leaves. Enjoy!
