- 8 Tbsp unsalted butter softened at room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar (icing sugar)
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup edible cupcake sprinkles
- Assorted cookies and fresh fruit of choice for serving
Instructions
- Place the softened cream cheese and butter into a large bowl and combine with an electric mixer or hand whisk.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl. Beat for 1 to 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Fold sprinkles into the mixture, then transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Sprinkle additional sprinkles on top of the Funfetti Dip and serve with an assortment of cookies and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
