Notes

Can’t find frozen limeade concentrate?
No problem! Here are two easy alternatives:
Option 1: Use Lime Cordial (UK Shortcut)
  • Mix 1–2 oz (30–60 ml) lime cordial with 1 cup of ice
  • Add a splash of cold water if needed to help blending or mellow sweetness
  • Optional: Add a drop of green food coloring for that classic limeade look
  • Tip: If your cordial is double or 4x strength, start with 1 oz (30 ml) and adjust to taste.
Would you prefer to make your limeade from scratch?
  • 4 oz (120 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4–5 limes)
  • 4 oz (120 ml) simple syrup (see recipe below)
  • 4 oz (120 ml) cold water
  • Blend with 1 cup of ice for a homemade limeade layer
To make simple syrup:
Heat ½ cup (100 g) sugar and ½ cup (120 ml) water in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until dissolved. Cool before using.
