- 4 pork loin chops
- 4 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Place the raw meat into a freezer-proof bag, add the ingredients and squish together to get the marinade all over the meat.
Place the bag into the freezer.
When ready to cook the pork chops, defrost overnight in the fridge.
Grill until cooked through and serve with your choice of sides.
