Preheat oven to temperature on the box of cake mix and line a cupcake pan with 22 cupcake liners.
Make cupcake batter according to package instructions and divide between the cupcake liners. Use an ice cream scoop to get even measures.
Bake in preheated oven as directed.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Place the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cream into a large mixing bowl and use an electric mixer (handheld or standing) to beat together until stiff peaks form.
Scoop the frosting into a large piping bag fitted with a large open star tip (e.g., Wilton 1M).
When cupcakes have cooled completely pipe swirls on top of each cupcake.
Add the bunny feet icing decorations.
Insert the bunny ear toppers.
