This Valentine's Day Popcorn has three flavors - cherry, pink lemonade, and chocolate, as well as some other sweet goodies to create a delicious variety of tastes and textures.

Ingredients
For the Cherry Popcorn
2cupsplainsalted popcorn
½cupwater
1Tbspbutter
1packet Cherry Kool-Aid
For the Pink Lemonade Popcorn
2cupsplainsalted popcorn
½cupwater
1Tbspbutter
1packet Pink Lemonade Kool-Aid
For the Chocolate Popcorn
2cupsplainsaltedpopcorn
½cupwater
1Tbspbutter
1packet hot cocoa mix
For the Mix
2cupscherry popcorn
2cupspink lemonade popcorn
2cupschocolate popcorn
2cupsregular salted popcorn
1cupred chocolate melting wafers
¼cuppink M&M's
¼cupred M&M's
¼cupwhite M&M's
¼cupCupid's Candy Corn
¼cupWilton pink and white cake pearls
Instructions
Prepare 3 baking sheets lined with wax paper.
To make the cherry popcorn flavor, place the popcorn in a large bowl.
Place the sugar, cherry Kool-Aid, water, and butter in a saucepan on medium-high heat and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium and stir constantly for 3 minutes.
Pour over the popcorn and stir quickly to coat.
Spread onto one of the prepared baking sheets and leave to dry for 1-2 hours or until no longer sticky.
Repeat steps 2-5 for both the pink lemonade flavor using the pink lemonade Kool-Aid, and for the chocolate flavor using the hot cocoa mix.
When the flavored popcorns have dried, it's time to mix all of the ingredients together.
Place the flavored popcorns into a large bowl with the regular salted popcorn and toss to combine.
Then add the other candies and sprinkles. Toss again to combine and transfer to popcorn boxes.

Time does not include drying time as this may vary depending on drying conditions in your kitchen.
