Ingredients

  • 1 slice fresh peach
  • oz white rum
  • oz peach schnapps
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ¼ oz simple syrup
  • Cherries peach wedge, and mint for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Muddle the peach slice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
  • Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add the rum, peach schnapps, lime juice and simple syrup.
  • Shake well to combine.
  • Strain and pour over ice and garnish as desired. Enjoy!
