1 slice fresh peach 1½ oz white rum 1½ oz peach schnapps ½ oz lime juice ¼ oz simple syrup Cherries peach wedge, and mint for garnish, optional
Muddle the peach slice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the rum, peach schnapps, lime juice and simple syrup.
Shake well to combine.
Strain and pour over ice and garnish as desired. Enjoy!
