Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh cranberries
  • 2 bramley apples peeled and chopped
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 50 ml water

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer until the cranberries begin to pop and the apple softens, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve warm or cold.
