- 500 g fresh cranberries
- 2 bramley apples peeled and chopped
- 150 g caster sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 50 ml apple juice
- 50 ml water
Place all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Simmer until the cranberries begin to pop and the apple softens, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm or cold.
