4th of July Sangria

You could use a star shaped cookie cutter to cut the fruit into festive shapes, or make skewers of red, white and blue fruits (strawberries, dragon fruit, and blueberries for example) for guests to stir their drink with.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples chopped
  • 2 oranges sliced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 bottle red wine
  • ¼ Cup/60ml brandy
  • ½ Cup/120ml orange Juice

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a pitcher and stir.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours, or overnight if possible
  • Serve over ice.

Notes

You can turn this into a longer drink by adding sparkling water when serving.
