Place three medium or large serving bowls onto your board and fill with carne asada, chicken adobo, and al pastor pork.
Stack yellow and white corn tortillas on one edge of the board.
Add the red and green taco sauces to small bowls or ramekins and place next to the tortillas.
Combine the white onion with some of the chopped cilantro. Transfer to a small bowl and place on the board.
Add the remaining cilantro, jalapeños, mini sweet peppers, and lime wedges to separate small bowls and arrange them on the board.
Fill the empty spaces with tomato halves, tortilla chips, and Mexican wheel chips.
Add the mini Tequila bottles to your board (if using).
For more pops of color and visual appeal, add whole mini peppers and limes cut in half. Serve and enjoy!
