Street Taco Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place three medium or large serving bowls onto your board and fill with carne asada, chicken adobo, and al pastor pork.
  • Stack yellow and white corn tortillas on one edge of the board.
  • Add the red and green taco sauces to small bowls or ramekins and place next to the tortillas.
  • Combine the white onion with some of the chopped cilantro. Transfer to a small bowl and place on the board.
  • Add the remaining cilantro, jalapeños, mini sweet peppers, and lime wedges to separate small bowls and arrange them on the board.
  • Fill the empty spaces with tomato halves, tortilla chips, and Mexican wheel chips.
  • Add the mini Tequila bottles to your board (if using).
  • For more pops of color and visual appeal, add whole mini peppers and limes cut in half. Serve and enjoy!
