Shark Bait Jello Shot

Ingredients

For the Blue Layer

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 3-oz box Berry Blue Jell-O
  • cup cold water
  • cup Malibu

For the Red layer

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 3-oz box Red Cherry Jell-O
  • cup cold water
  • cup Fireball

For Garnish

  • Canned whipped cream
  • Blue food coloring
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • 20 Gummy candy sharks

Instructions

  • To make the blue layer, place the blue jello into a bowl and pour boiling water over the top. Stir to dissolve then stir in the cold water and Malibu.
  • Divide the blue mixture between 20 (2-oz) jello shot cups about halfway full.
  • Place the cups into the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.
  • When the blue layer has set, make the red layer. Place the cherry jello into a bowl and pour boiling water over the top. Stir to dissolve then stir in the cold water and Fireball.
    Pour on top of the blue layer until the cups are full.
  • Place the cups into the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.
  • When the jello cups have set, cover the top of each one with whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle Graham cracker crumbs over half of the cream.
  • To create the "sea waves" Pour 2 drops of blue food coloring onto a plate, and fill a small cup with water. Use a small clean paintbrush, dip the brush into water, and then into the food coloring. Lightly paint the food coloring onto the other half of the whipped cream.
  • Top with a gummy shark and place back in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!
